돈이 충분하다면 무엇이든 살 수 있죠. 왜 필요한 장기가 나타날 때까지 기다리겠어요? 장기 이식을 위해 키워진 레이는 이미 어린 시절 눈을 잃었습니다. 그러나 반항적인 외과의사 블랙 잭의 도움으로 그녀의 운명이 바뀌었죠. 지금으로부터 10년 후, 레이는 스스로 외과의사가 되었고, 특별한 인공 눈 덕분에 아무도 시도하지 못할 놀라운 수술을 해내는 명성을 얻었습니다. 하지만 몇몇 사람들만이 알고 있는 사실은, 그녀의 수술 활동이 더 큰 임무의 일부라는 것입니다. 즉, 함께 키워진 다른 아이들의 행방을 찾고, 그녀의 본래 눈을 빼앗아간 남자들을 찾아 법의 심판을 받게 하는 것이죠.

Raised to be harvested for parts, Ray had already lost her eyes when renegade surgeon Black Jack rescued her. Now, ten years later, she has grown up to be a surgeon herself. And thanks to the unique artificial eyes she received as replacements, she has a reputation for performing incredible medical operations that no one else could even attempt. But unknown to any but a select few, her surgical endeavors are only part of a greater mission: to discover what happened to the other children she was raised with, and to find the men who stole the eyes she was born with and to bring them to justice.
