미래의 황하 행성을 배경으로, 자동차 경주가 은하 스피드 레이서들의 영역으로 발전했습니다. 레이서들은 실제 맞춤형 경주차를 원격으로 조종하는 시뮬레이터를 타고 트랙을 질주합니다.
주인공 로이는 레이싱을 타고난 청소년으로, 은하 스피드 왕이 되는 것을 꿈꿉니다. 하지만 그의 보호자인 할아버지는 악당이자 탐욕스러운 타이즈, 타이탄 우주 네비게이션 자동차 그룹의 CEO가 모든 경쟁자를 삼키거나 파괴하려 한다고 우려합니다. 타이즈의 모샤 레이싱 팀은 로이를 무자비하게 짓밟으려 합니다. 할아버지는 로이를 선한 세력인 마타렐라 레이싱 팀에 합류시켜 최고의 명예를 위해 경쟁하도록 합니다.

Set in the future on the Yellow River Planet, the realm of car racing has advanced into the domain of the Galaxy Racers Riders steer their simulator-racers which remotely control the actual customized speedsters hurtling around a track.
The hero, a teenager named Roy, was born to race and aspires to be the king of Galaxy Racers. But his guardian, his grandfather, sees a threat from and great danger in the evil and greedy Taz, the CEO of the Titan Space Navigation Auto Group which seeks to swallow or destroy all competitors, and whose Mosha Racing Team would just as ruthlessly run over and crush Roy under its thundering wheels. Roy's grandfather arranges for him to join the good guys in the Matela Racing Team to race for the highest honors.
In a series of hair-raising and nail-biting races with thrills and spills, growling engines, screeching wheels, burning rubber, smashing metal, intense bitter rivaly, persevering friendships and loyalties forged in grueling teamwork and battle, Ray and Team Matela must conquer their fears and overcome the arrogant and powerful Team Mosha.
