오오카는 일본 초자연 현상 대책국의 수장으로서 늘 이상한 일들을 겪어왔다. 하지만 쇼핑가에서 사과를 훔치던 작은 고양이 소녀를 발견한 순간, 그의 삶은 완전히 새로운 작전, **코즈 패밀리 작전**으로 바뀌게 된다.
