어린 시절부터 체구가 작아 괴롭힘과 학대를 받아온 유키나리는 고등학교에서도 희귀한 증상을 겪게 됩니다. 여자들이 그를 만지거나 가까이 다가가면 두드러기가 돋아납니다. 그러던 어느 날, 그는 눈에 보이지 않는 지구 주변을 돌고 있는 신비로운 세계의 시레른이라는 도시로 갑자기 이동하게 되는데, 이곳은 여성 인구가 압도적으로 많고 남성은 극히 드문 곳입니다. 다행히도 그의 곁에는 그에게 아무런 영향을 주지 않는 친구 마히로가 있습니다.

Now in high school, he has developed a rare condition: whenever girls touch him, or even come close, he breaks out in hives. Imagine his surprise, when he is suddenly transported to the city of Seiren on a mystic world invisibly orbiting the Earth, and populated with vast numbers of women and very few men. Fortunately, he has a new friend, Miharu-chan, whose touch inexplicably doesn't affect him.
