정신질환은 유전되는 걸까? 쇼우고 미카덴노는 아버지의 유언 조항들이 너무나도 기괴해서 그렇게 생각하기 시작했다. 그 조항을 따르다 보면 자신도 미칠 것 같아 보인다. 처음엔 간단해 보인다: 쇼우고가 엄청난 상속을 받기 전에 특정 새로운 학교에 다니고, 결혼할 만한 예쁜 여자아이를 찾아야 한다. 로맨틱하지는 않지만 충분히 가능한 일 아닌가? 게다가 모든 여학생들이 꽤 친절해 보이니, 공통점만 찾으면 될 것 같다. 단, 문제는 쇼우고가 그 중 한 명과 너무나 공통점이 많다는 것이다. 왜냐하면 그녀가 사실은 그의 오랜 여동생이기 때문이다! 하지만 쇼우고는 누구인지 모른다. 쇼우고는 도덕적으로 문제가 없는 채로 이상형을 만날 수 있을까? 여동생이 밝혀지면 어떤 진실이 드러나고 어떤 상황에서 그럴까?

Is insanity hereditary? Shougo Mikadono's beginning to think so, because the terms of his late father's will seem crazy and following them may drive Shougo bonkers as well. Oh, it sounds simple at first: before Shougo can claim his VERY large inheritance, he just has to start attending a certain new school and find a nice girl to marry. It's a little unromantic, but perfectly do-able, right? After all, all the girls seem quite friendly, so all Shougo has to do is find one he has something in common with. EXCEPT, and here's the kicker, it turns out that Shougo has WAY too much in common with one of them, because she's actually his long lost sister! And he has no idea which one she is!
